The day of the infamous 2400 meter test.  At my best I can do this in around 9 minutes...sometimes a few second under, sometimes a few seconds over.  Last month I did this is a terrible 10:32...today...I did it in 9:37.  So still much slower than I'd like, but a whopping 55 seconds quicker so I'm moving in the right direction.  After that we did 15 x 200 meters with about a 75 meter slow jog as a recovery.  I am not very tired.  Tomorrow I'll do an easy run that was postponed from yesterday due to the weather.  I will then drag my sorry ass round 12 miles on Saturday to ensure I meet my 40 mile goal!!!

The legs were very very tired this morning, but dragged myself round.  I need 11.15 miles tomorrow to rwach my goal of 40 miles for the week.  It will be slow, but I am confident of success!!!
