| 3 Gazelles workouts in a row...I'm on a roll. Warm up, drills then the dreaded 2400 meter test. I knew this was going to be humbling, but I didn't know just how humbling. I felt ok on the first 800 meter lap, but then started to fade badly. The third lap was very tough. I came home in 10:28....my slowest ever time by more than a minute. Then it was on to the 200 meter relay. Finally a job back to the gym to complete the days work. |
