9 miles – 1 ½ mile warm up, then 4 x 2,000 meters, followed by 2 ½ cool down to the gym. Was pretty pleased with the pace as it was my first speed workout in a while. Splits for the 2,000s were 8:26, 8:03, 7:58, 7:58. Next up will be a challenging run on Saturday. |
