That was tought...shocking pace....but I made it. Why does getting back into shape suck so much?
Core workout with the Gazelles at the Austin High School track.
I was tired this morning. Long warm up then 2400 all out (sadly only a 9:50 today)...then relays and then a stagger back to the gym.
It hurt, but its was good to Gazelle long run in today followed by the Gazelle family photo.
South 1st loop with the Cool Nuts!
Long hill workout with the Gazelles. I managed 5 x the long Spring Creek repeats...bloody knackered now though!
