Had to squeeze this run inbetween bouts of freezing rain.  Warm up then 1 mile at a hard pace and then a cool down.  Wanted to see if I had recovered from whatever was affecting me this weekend...and its looking good ;o).

Long workout today.  Warm up the TRC and then onto the AHS track.  Did 6 x 1000s with a lap as recovery.  I was supposed to do 8 sets, but my legs were done after 6 and still a plenty long enough workout.

Ended up doing this run backwards int he sense that i did the MGP (which is a pretty random number at this stafe as I don't really have any time aspirations) at the start.  I hasn't' turned on autolap so wasn't sure how fast i was running.  When I got to 8 miles at almost exactly 1 hour...I realized that I need to back off the pace for the last 6 miles so as not to dead my legs.  Overall a good run, but I am struggling on the hills...which isn't good given that I am doing Austin hehe.
