| First long run over 10 miles. Perfect running weather. Started out slow, and then reall picked it up over the last few miles. Here are the splits: 8:47, 8:26, 8:07, 7:57, 8:02, 7:53, 7:49, 7:49, 7:46, 7:30, 6:55, 7:00, 6:44, 6:54 (pace for final 1/2 mile). |

| Ran the last 16 miles of the San Antonio Marathon with a buddy. Average pace was between 8:15 and 8:20. Almost perfect conditions...only downside was that it was a little windy at times. However, soooooooo much better than last year ;o). |
